Quirky, creative, and determined…that’s me! I specialize in children’s art, illustration, graphic design, and mural work- my sporadic interests reflect my artistic mind set that has fueled my passion for creativity throughout my entire life. I earned a B.F.A focusing on visual art with a minor in creative writing.  After completing two semesters of graduate work at West Virginia University, I continued my graduate study through the Simmons College satellite graduate program at the Eric Carle Museum of Picture Book Art in Amherst, Massachusetts.

I hold a Masters degree in Arts Administration through the University of Kentucky. I have had the pleasure of illustrating multiple award winning children’s books that include 14 Mom’s Choice Awards, four Indie Book and an Indie Excellence Award, an International Book Award, a USA News Best Book Award, and four Creative Child Magazine Awards. I live my life as a creative journey and would have it no other way!
